Introduction:

The twin screw extruder provided with advanced structure.It can realize high performance and economize energy.

It consisted of drive part and processing part.
Drive part includes the reduction unit and motor. AC motor or DC motor is available.
Processing part consisted of barrel, screw parts and two pieces of co-rotating screw shaft. There are closing barrel, feeding barrel, venting barrel. Solid and liquid material can be fed by feeding hopper or liquid injector. The screw parts array can be adjusted according processing technology, it can perform transmitting, plasticizing, compounding, shearing, venting, and dehumidifying. Granule, powder, liquid, can be fed by main feeder, side feeder, or liquid injecting unit. Meantime, multi-way Loss-in-Weight feeding system is available.

Both screws and bards were designed using the “building block” principle. The screw configuration, bared setup, screw L/P the number and protocol of feeding and venting, screen change, way of granulating, and the electric control mode are optimally adjusted according to different material properties and process requirements, inconsideration of the machine’s versatility in ether general applications.

The tooth curve of screw parts designed by computer, combined with high efficiency of self-clean transmission, compound and pressure-forming. Materials adopt 38Cr MOALA or 6542#. For application with particular requirements, high corrosion-resistant and high wear-resistant materials of construction with special heat treatments are also provided for our customers to choose.
